Appointment Cancellation by the Patient

- More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Eligible for a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

Appointment Cancellation by the Healthcare Provider
If the healthcare provider cancels or is unable to attend the scheduled consultation, you may choose one of the following options:

Technical Issues
If a consultation cannot be completed due to verified technical issues affecting our platform or the healthcare provider's connection, we will work with you to:
- Reschedule the consultation at no additional charge, or

Technical issues caused by the user's internet connection, device, browser configuration, or local network may not qualify for a refund. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Completed Consultations
Once a medical consultation has been completed, consultation fees are generally non-refundable.
This applies regardless of:

- Whether a prescription is issued.
- Whether a referral is provided.

Healthcare professionals make independent clinical decisions based on their professional judgment.
