What medical documents do I need to provide?
No medical documents are required. If you have any medical documents, please be ready to share them with the doctor.
How long is the video call with the doctor?
The consultation is quick, professional, and typically takes only 10 to 15 minutes. Our Greek licensed doctors will review your medical history, confirm your condition, discuss the correct dosage for your stay, and answer any questions you have about local pharmacy access.
Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?

Can I use my prescription anywhere in Greece?
Yes. Once issued by our licensed physician, your digital medical prescription is registered in the Greek national healthcare system. It is legally recognized and can be fulfilled at any authorized physical pharmacy throughout the mainland and all Greek islands (such as Crete, Santorini, Mykonos, or Corfu).
Can I get a refill if my trip is extended?
